NPC & NGO Registration

Full Non-Profit Company (NPC) registration with CIPC, NPO status with DSD, PBO status with SARS and the founding documents donors actually ask for.

Everything in this service.

Why this service matters.

An NPC (Non-Profit Company under the Companies Act, Section 10) is the modern, donor-friendly vehicle that has largely replaced the old voluntary association and trust structures for community work in South Africa. It gives your cause legal personality, limited liability for your board, and a credible identity that grant-makers can fund.

But registering the NPC at CIPC is only step one. To actually receive grants, claim Section 18A donation receipts and operate openly with corporate CSI departments, you also need NPO registration with the Department of Social Development and PBO status with SARS. We handle the full stack — and we draft your MOI, board charter and policies the way funders expect to read them.

We have registered NPCs for churches, ECD centres, youth development programmes, animal welfare groups, mental-health initiatives, sports clubs and community foundations across all nine provinces.
