Jetline’s fully brandable entry form boxes, also called competition boxes, are the answer if you’re holding a competition that requires a paper entry form (or even a till slip). They’re also great for schools, churches or community centres if you need to collect documents of any kind in an organised, discreet way.

The design is printed on a White Kraft substrate, which is folded to form the 3-dimensional box. The White Kraft boxes are lightweight and sturdy enough for limited time use.

If you would like the boxes to endure for a longer period, you may want to consider covering the box with an adhesive vinyl print or a clear laminate.

Our standard-sized entry form box is 300mm x300mm x 300mm, but we are able to help with virtually any size.
